My training methods are based on a proven structure to improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power, and cardiorespiratory endurance. With this method of training, you always know what stage you are in and why as well as what stage comes next.

​Each client receives a free comprehensive physiological, postural and fitness assessment to assist in gauging your current fitness level and to track your progress and results. Whether you're looking to train one-on-one or with a group, this model along with my training methods provide real results!

With JZTrainedme Fitness, you have two options for sessions-permanent schedule sessions or flexible schedule sessions.

Permanent Schedule Sessions are for those that like to be very organized and know their schedules ahead of time. If your hours at work are consistent and you need to train/coach on the same days, at the same times each week, this type of session is perfect for you! If you excel when following a regimented schedule, permanent schedule sessions secure your choice of day(s) and time slot(s).

​Flexible Schedule Sessions are for those that live in the world of unpredictable schedules. This type of session is perfect for you if your schedule is constantly changing, such as inconsistent job hours and accessibility to children's ever-changing activities. Flexible schedule sessions require extra discipline and commitment to ensure your make the time to fit your sessions into your schedule. ​
