Request/Change/Cancel Sessions
Whether you are a new or existing client, requesting sessions at JZTrainedme Fitness is simple and quick. Requesting, changing, and/or canceling sessions is only necessary if you are a new client, a client that books flexible sessions, or a client that needs to cancel or change a permanent session day and/or time. Requests/changes made less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in full charge for the session. You will receive confirmation of your request via email and/or text message only.
