With a growing demand for fitness expertise for young people ages 6 to 19, my goal is to show today's youth why it's never too early to embrace a healthy lifestyle! I understand the unique responses of youth during exercise and adjustments that need to be made during exercise programming to help them achieve successful outcomes. In addition I will ensure a safe environment that is appropriate for youth when training for sport, training to achieve a healthy lifestyle and participation in school and community programs.
Using NASM's Optimum Performance Training model, exercise programs are designed to show kids how to have fun while improving their sport skills, increase their physical activity level and/or lose weight. My services include training for after-school programs, youth sport teams, private one-on-one training or group training as well as nutritional guidance which emphasizes the importance of optimal nutrition and how it directly and positively affects their goals, lifestyles and can offset the youth obesity trend.
