Pyramid Ruck Workouts
Pyramid Ruck Workouts build strength, muscle and endurance and burns 🔥 burns 🔥 burns those calories!!! Each workout includes 3-4 exercises and the number of reps starts at 20 and then decreases with each set (19, 18, 17, 16...) and so on and so forth or it might be changed up with 10 sets of 21 reps...either way the goal is to hit 640-840 reps in a maximum of one hour (sometimes a little less but never more than 60 minutes). Sometimes we repeat the longer sets, sometimes we do double sets...you'd be surprised how much you'll push yourself just to be done! It's a hard, challenging workout but it's also FUN and provides a huge sense of accomplishment!! The workout can focus specifically on strength, core, cardio, total body or a combo of all of the above! Rucks are recommended for more intensity and will be worn and/or used as equipment but are also optional.
These workouts are be based on a drop-in format and open to a MAXIMUM of the first 4-7 people who commit to the workout via the comments section on the Facebook event.
$15 per participant / $10 for JZTrainedme Fitness clients
*A minimum of 2 participants required for each workout
**Non-clients will be required to complete an online waiver prior to participation.
