She has stages that are usually 8 workouts, and after the stage she does an "assessment day" where we do a weigh in, inch check, body fat check, and see if can hold a plank longer, etc. These keep me accountable, and remind me that I want to keep up my healthy eating and working out on my own for even better results the next time.
