Virtual Individual Personal Training/Nutritional Coaching Sessions
Virtual personal training/nutritional coaching offers a prepared workout or coaching session based on what you want to achieve, whether it be weight loss, building your strength or improving your nutrition. Sessions are based on your fitness level and what equipment you have access to. In addition, meal plans, calorie trackers and macros can be designed, reviewed and discussed during one-on-one counseling. Utilizing Skype, you get plenty of motivation and encouragement in the comfort of your own home/work with the same great results!
Virtual Group Workouts
Virtual Group Workouts are body weight based with exercises that are performed in the standing position, on a chair or on the floor. Various exercises provide the opportunity to incorporate weights to challenge yourself or increase the level of difficulty. Modifications (beginner and advanced) are offered to accommodate all fitness levels and all ages. All you need to participate is yourself, a computer or phone, a little bit of space, a water bottle, a towel for sweat and a good attitude! Workouts are approximately 30-45 minutes. Participants must have a Skype account in order to participate.
